Commit 360 Youth Sports Activity

Commit 360 has professional and experienced coaches providing training and mentoring to the youth teams. The sports program will highlight workshops to promote leadership training, goal setting, character building, team development building, and effective communication.

We welcome kids from all ethnic backgrounds. We understand that there is life after sports, and our kids must know that there is a place for each individual in this world

Our teams are associated with the AAU basketball program which is a well-recognized youth organization throughout the State of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.  

Commit 360 has successfully helped the boys to become leaders on and off the court by actively engaging in our monthly “Win the Day” workshops. “Win the Day” is a life skill workshop with sessions that provide communications skills, self-esteem, and self-worth, respecting others, financial literacy, career training, character building, understanding your “WHY”, community service, personal hygiene, positive affirmations, tutoring and mentoring programs, mental health, and leadership. These life skill sessions promote positive values and healthy habits.

The notoriety of the young men’s integrity, we as a program are growing at a rapid pace. Just this year 2023 we went from 16 to 75 boys in the program and all participate in the workshops.  One aspect of our organization I am very proud of is all our participants have an accumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. With this success from our boys’ program, we are currently in the process of developing a girls’ program to Commit 360 as well.
